About The Position

This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, electrical equipment, and fixtures within the facility. The technician will also maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV, and security systems. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring the facility is maintained in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes. The position requires performing hands-on duties such as addressing service orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and responding to various other requests, both verbal and written.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience, including electrical experience. Required
• Experience may be substituted if graduate from an Electrician program

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an Electrician program Preferred
