This role involves a wide range of diversified and difficult technical electronic diagnostic duties, utilizing computer equipment and precision instruments. The electrician will be responsible for diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, lubricating, and reassembling machinery and equipment. This includes starting, observing, and operating equipment to detect or verify correct functions, as well as performing preventive maintenance such as inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and lubricating. The position requires tearing down, replacing, repairing, installing, and assembling equipment, parts, components, and accessories. The electrician will operate various mechanical and electronic test equipment and must have specific knowledge of pumps, conveyor systems, motors, and drives. The role also requires working rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as scheduled or required, and maintaining strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment and completing all required training.
