About The Position
Apple Air, part of the Apex Service Partners network, is seeking an experienced Electrician - Lead Install Technician to join their team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and replacing electrical systems and components in residential homes. The technician will be responsible for system inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance. Excellent customer interaction and service are paramount, as is accurate documentation using ServiceTitan. Safety compliance and adherence to best practices are essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
- Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and code requirements
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
- Skilled at accurate installations, diagnostics, and maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
- Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with all codes
- Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates throughout the job
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes
- Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work
- Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials
- Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices
- Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit
