About The Position

Lincoln Tech - NADC in Nashville, Tennessee, is hiring Master and Journeyman Electricians to teach its new Electrical and Electronic Systems program. Instructors deliver practical, hands-on training in a fully equipped facility and teach the NADC-accredited curriculum. They prepare students for real-world work by emphasizing electrical systems, safety procedures, industry regulations, professionalism, and accountability. Instructors assess student performance, communicate feedback, and support students’ continued development and career readiness. Teaching experience is not required; NADC supports industry experts as they transition to teaching. The role offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Master or Journeyperson Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Current Tennessee Master Electrical or Journeyperson license.
• Knowledge of electrical codes.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• High-voltage or lineman experience.
• Teaching experience.
