About The Position

Lincoln Tech in Shelton, CT is seeking licensed E1 and E2 Electricians to be part-time Instructors for their Electrical and Electronic Systems program. The role involves teaching and providing hands-on training, facilitating curriculum, instilling safety and compliance, supporting student growth, evaluating progress, and preparing students for successful careers. Lincoln Tech supports industry experts transitioning into teaching roles and offers a four-day work week.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a licensed Electrician in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial settings
• E1 or E2 license required
• Experience in installation and service of electrical equipment
• Understanding of single and 3 phase systems
• Knowledge of Codes
• High school diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• Motor controls, lighting controls or solar a plus
• Experience or knowledge of Low Voltage systems a plus
• Teaching experience a plus

• Deliver practical instruction in Electrical and Electronics Systems using a fully equipped facility.
• Effectively teach the Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
