About The Position
JSW Steel is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical and electronic equipment throughout the Steel Mill.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical repair personnel, operations staff, and maintenance teams to analyze equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
- Work closely with operating personnel to resolve equipment problems and improve system performance.
- Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment across the facility.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all plant electrical and electronic systems.
- Maintain adequate supplies of electrical and electronic parts, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment condition, required repairs, and replacement needs.
- Report unresolved issues or changes in equipment or operating methods to the Electrical Lead.
- Train and instruct personnel on electrical hazards and proper electrical and electronic safety procedures.
- Follow all company, federal, state, and local safety rules and regulations.
- Attend training programs, classes, meetings, or seminars as scheduled or recommended by management.
- Accept additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by management.
