Responsibilities SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Manager, the incumbent adjusts repairs, troubleshoots and maintains electrical applications on and off-site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books. Conducts walk-through inspections; lighting rounds of entire property. Repairs electrical systems through out the property, including on and off-site facilities. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers. Understand basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities. Records gauge / meter readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment. Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately. Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order; monitors supplies. Interfaces and coordinates with internal departments to schedule installations and repairs so as to cause minimal business interruption. Maintains a clean, safe, work environment within area of responsibility. Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Knowledge of the Facilities Department Policies and Procedures

Requirements

Must possess excellent hand / eye coordination as well as close vision.
Must be able to read, understand and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to work on a boom lift and high jack to change ceiling lights.
High school diploma, trade school certificate preferred as well as a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
