About The Position

Leader Ambulance, part of Terex Corporation, manufactures emergency vehicles. The Electrician I assembles electrical components for ambulances, including harnesses, cables, switch panels, and circuit boards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and 5S standards, and participation in Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement. Employees are also expected to comply with company conduct and attendance policies, maintain cooperative working relationships, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Fundamental use of pneumatic and power tools, drills, and screw guns.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions and short correspondence.
Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
Ability to recognize expected quality and reproduce it.

Ability to perform critical analysis.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations to other employees.

Responsibilities
