Phoenix Electrical is currently seeking to hire an Electrical Helper in Calhoun, GA. As an Electrical Helper, you are a key member of the team working alongside a Master Electrician and Service Technicians. Providing essential support by assisting to coordinate the installation, repair, and service of electric and electronic components. Ability to perform physical requirements: climbing ladders, digging trenches, crawling underneath houses, and crawling into attics and tight confined spaces, being physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary

High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections

Complete 90-day probationary period
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have dependable transportation.
Professional clean appearance.
Must be willing and able to work during business hours: Monday-Saturday 8am - 5pm; Phoenix Electrical does not offer 24/7 emergency services.
Must be willing and able to work 20-40 hours per week to start. Working hours per week will fluctuate. Schedule will be finalized on Friday.
Must submit and pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

Assist Master Electrician and Service Technicians with all general electrical projects and service calls.
Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment.
Preparing worksites and organizing tools.
Help maintain a clean, organized job site and service truck.
Follow established processes and procedures.
Learn from our experienced Apprentices, Field Technicians to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.
Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to help win new referrals and repeat business.
