About The Position
Eversource Energy is the largest Energy delivery company in New England, supporting 4.4 million Gas and Electric customers across CT, MA, and NH. This position is within the Substation Construction Department for an Electrician. The role involves responding to emergency situations, potentially outside of normal responsibilities, work hours, and location, as part of an Emergency Restoration assignment. The company is committed to delivering reliable energy and superior customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman's Electrician license (or the equivalent).
- Valid driver's license.
- CDL along with Hazmat endorsement (or the ability to obtain both).
- Pass the CAST Test.

Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs.
- Perform overtime and emergency work as required.
- Work in inclement weather.
- Work outside of your assigned district.
