About The Position

Performs repair and construction projects. Repairs and maintains buildings and other structures throughout the property. Planning and building new projects as requested. Ensures all buildings and facilities are maintained in a proper manner. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess good oral and written English language and grammar skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol and social security background checks

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• General plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus
• General building practices
