About The Position
Supporting the maintenance and repair of industrial electrical equipment to ensure continuous operation and compliance with safety and quality standards. A “non-journey-level” position, developing important experience. Under the direction of a Head, Lead or Class – A Electrician, may perform a specific maintenance function as assigned within an overall facility, or within a designated operational department.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively and work closely with other Mechanics and other maintenance professionals to align maintenance and repair efforts with production goals or facility-specific needs.
- Perform and oversee routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Learn to diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of failures, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality quickly and efficiently.
- Help to ensure adherence to safety protocols and follow applicable standards.
- Learn to identify opportunities to enhance maintenance procedures, recommend upgrades or adjustments to equipment, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
