About The Position

Haven Home, a division of RT Holdings Inc (Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning), is seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded Electrical Apprentices to perform onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes. The apprentice will contribute to the successful completion of residential electrical and HVAC projects, perform service and installation work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems, and educate customers on their electrical infrastructure. The position also requires promoting company products and services, maintaining communication with various teams, and participating in ongoing training for professional development. A strong emphasis is placed on providing a five-star customer experience, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and contributing to departmental growth.

Requirements

Electrical Apprentice License
Ability to work efficiently and effectively individually and within a team environment
Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Clear criminal record
Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing (Asset)

Responsibilities

Help in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects
Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems
Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives
Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure
Complete general and specific Electrical inspections
Promote Right Time products and services on every call
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
