About The Position
Senior Electrician needed for industrial facilities to perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity.
Requirements
- Licensed electrician (or willing to obtain soon)
- 3+ years of building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and automation systems
- Strong understanding of safety practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience with VFD installation
- Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and fire/life safety systems
- Experience training or leading teams
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Work with HVAC, lighting, generators, UPS, transfer switches, and building automation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and facility systems
- Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance
- Train and support maintenance staff
