Requirements

  • US work authorization is required.
  • Deep expertise in electrical BIM/VDC delivery.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-project programs.
  • Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.
  • Financial oversight and forecasting experience.
  • A track record of developing high-performing teams.

  • Comfortable leading global, distributed teams while maintaining accountability and operational clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-scale electrical VDC projects from kickoff through closeout, establishing execution plans, managing risks, aligning teams, and ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, schedule, and budget commitments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on constructability, scope optimization, and digital delivery strategies.
  • Lead and mentor VDC Managers, Engineers, and Detailers, aligning workloads, setting expectations, and elevating performance standards.
  • Own financial performance across projects, including forecasting, invoicing, staffing models, and margin predictability.
  • Implement systems to reduce rework, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify risks early.
  • Develop detailed project plans, staffing models, and risk registers.
  • Maintain rigorous electrical model quality and scope compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership on technical strategy and proposals.
  • Coordinate effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools to improve modeling accuracy, clash detection, forecasting, and coordination workflows.
