Electrical Testing Technician (Part Time) - Iron Mountain, MI
About The Position
As an Electrical Testing Technician, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an energized team that is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufactured products. Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by performing continuity checks of panels and electrical equipment using Ohm Meter and schematics, performing pre-test and post-test quality inspections, assisting in the identification and correction of wiring errors, assisting Test Engineers in multi-person testing tasks, and maintaining documentation and compliance with all quality procedures and processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Learn to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with Multi-Meter usage
- Attention to detail
- Able to work accurately under short deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Preferred three years of experience in panel or enclosure wiring
Responsibilities
