About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Electrical Technicians. As an Electrical Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment. You will read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents, perform quality inspections, and ensure workmanship standards. Responsibilities include completing and maintaining torque sheets, 5S documentation, and tool tracking. You will also follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies, and work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals. Promoting a safety-first culture through compliance and audits is also key. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
• Must be proficient in reading and using a tape measure
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work on ladders
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
• Must train on 1st shift for the first 4 weeks
