This is a hands-on technical role for an Electrical Technician who enjoys travel, complex troubleshooting, automation, and seeing the direct results of their work. This opportunity offers a chance to put your skills to work across a variety of facilities and projects. The role involves commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting machine and process control systems, building, wiring, modifying, and repairing electrical equipment and controls. It also includes working with PLCs, HMIs, electrical schematics, and automation systems, diagnosing and resolving difficult electrical and electronic failures, partnering with engineers to implement innovative automation solutions, executing equipment retrofits and continuous improvement projects, and creating preventative maintenance recommendations. The position also involves training and mentoring fellow technicians. The ideal candidate can work independently, think critically under pressure, and travel extensively to support customers and operations.
