Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a park driver’s license
Ability to provide and use basic hand tools
Ability to pass all ride competency tests and obtain certification
Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Excellent communication skills and basic math abilities
Ability to walk uphill and work on heights above 150 feet
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather
Flexibility in working varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

Inspect and repair general lighting and power circuits as well as miscellaneous electrical devices
Install lighting and receptacle circuitry in existing structures, as well as in new additions
Learn and participate in daily ride inspections
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
Provide support in troubleshooting problems with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
