About The Position

The Electrical Technical Leader provides technical direction, quality oversight, and discipline leadership to ensure electrical engineering work is accurate, coordinated, and aligned with client expectations and company standards. The role promotes technical consistency across projects and supports sound engineering decisions and practical solutions. It reports to the Director of Operations & AI and has no direct reports. Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and other disciplines, the Technical Leader supports accountability, continuous improvement, and a positive, high-performing team environment.
