Requirements

Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
Experience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours as a time
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules
Applicants must be U.S. Persons or must be eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce. A U.S. Person is defined as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or a person who is a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act (8 U.S.C.1324(b)(a)(3).

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Electrical manufacturing experience preferred
1-3 years industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Builds/installs electrical panels, harnesses and/or assembly components to upper level assemblies
Basic soldering and crimping ability
Manual cutting, stripping, terminating and labeling of various size gauge wire
Assembles wires into bundled wire harnesses utilizing harness template boards
Follows visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
Adheres to all quality and safety standards
Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
