About The Position
We are actively hiring a high-level Electrical Superintendent to take full control of field operations on commercial projects ranging from $50K to $2.5M. This is not a clipboard role. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership — managing crews, driving production, enforcing safety, and making sure every job gets done right, on time, and up to code. If you’ve led crews, know your way around NEC/NYC code, and can command a job site without babysitting — this is where you step up.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Superintendent or Foreman on commercial electrical projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and NYC electrical codes
- Proven ability to lead crews and run jobs without constant oversight
- Ability to read and interpret full construction drawings independently
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations across multiple commercial electrical projects
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and equipment on-site
- Run daily huddles and keep crews aligned and productive
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance
- Coordinate directly with Project Managers on schedules, materials, and timelines
- Read and execute from blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
- Track progress, solve problems fast, and keep projects moving
