About The Position

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Falling Creek, NC area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background involving mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects. Requirements

5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience with mid-large Commercial projects (including Healthcare, Education, Multi-Use, Greenhouse, and other High-End projects) is a MUST
Demonstrated experience managing Ground-Up and Installation Projects of over $2M is a MUST
Experience with Construction Administration (e.g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 5-15 people) is a MUST
Experience with medium voltage and low voltage wiring (e.g., HVAC, Fire Alarms, IDS, Security, or other IT uses) is a MUST

Nice To Haves

Unlimited Electrical Contractor License in North Carolina
OSHA 30-hour certification
Experience with Power Distribution or Telecommunication High Voltage projects
Experience with BIM360, Procore, Primavera and Microsoft proficiency

Responsibilities
