The Electrical Superintendent will manage teams of self-perform crews and subcontractors, track and control project costs and schedules at the field level, and be responsible for the overall safety of personnel within their scope of work. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving field issues promptly, and providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.
