About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent / Project Lead to oversee commercial and mixed-use electrical construction projects throughout the Atlanta area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage crews, keep projects on schedule, maintain high-quality workmanship, and communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Lead.
  • Strong background in commercial and mixed-use electrical construction.
  • Excellent leadership and crew management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred but not required).
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to mentor and develop electricians and apprentices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial and mixed-use electrical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise electricians and field crews while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate daily activities, schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical specifications.
  • Conduct job site walkthroughs and ensure work meets NEC and local code requirements.
  • Communicate with project managers, customers, inspectors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentor and develop field personnel.
