The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors assisting on the project. This role involves tracking and controlling project costs and schedules at the field level, ensuring overall safety of personnel within the scope of work, and troubleshooting and resolving field issues in a timely manner. The Superintendent will also provide regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons.
