Requirements

Bachelor diploma in relevant field or equivalent.
Over 3 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within OEM environment
Mechanical and electrical skills.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings & program PLC
Experience with electrical and electronic assemblies.
ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitudes.
Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving.
Developed autonomy and positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to perform work in a production and development environment.

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interface documentation, and engineering specifications.
Develop and maintain Bills of Materials & Electrical drawings.
Ensure engineering changes are properly documented and controlled.
Validate first article manufacturing quality from vendors.
Support the development of test procedures & manufacturing documentations.
Coordinate prototype builds and engineering validation activities & ensure successful transition from prototype to mass production.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues during development and production.
Provide technical support to Manufacturing during production.
Support investigations of customer return and quality issues.
