About The Position

Within the Alternative Heat Business Unit, this role focuses on delivering turnkey plantroom packages at scale to hyperscale developers across Europe. The company has secured a 5-year framework agreement to design, manufacture, and deliver volume-based, turnkey plantroom modules (mechanical, electrical, and BMS) to projects throughout Europe, with increasing demand annually. The Electrical Site Supervisor will manage the delivery and set down of M&E Packaged Plantrooms across multiple Data Centre projects in Europe. Working alongside a Mechanical Supervisor, this management team will direct and lead client-appointed M&E teams in the set down and reconnection of modularized Package Plantrooms. These plantrooms are fabricated offsite, then separated and broken down for delivery to various sites in Europe. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising an electrical team in the installation, reconnection, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems within each packaged plantroom, while updating key stakeholders onsite and at Head Office. This is a full-time, site-based role, rotating throughout Europe based on plantroom delivery locations. Each management team is expected to spend approximately 5-7 months in one location before moving to the next.

Requirements

  • Supervising an electrical team in the installation and reconnection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical systems within each packaged plantroom.
  • Updating key stakeholders both onsite and at our Head Office.
  • Full-time site based role.
  • Rotating throughout Europe depending on locality of Plantroom Deliveries.
  • Experience in managing client delivery teams.
  • Experience in supervising installations to meet technical and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of installation guides, drawings, and HSEQ policies.
  • Ability to verify all electrical works including containment, cabling, panels, and field wiring.
  • Experience in conducting inspections, testing, and final acceptance of works.
  • Ability to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in attending progress meetings.
  • Ability to maintain clear communication through regular reporting.
  • Experience in programme planning.
  • Ability to support commissioning and BMS integration.
  • Experience in completing documentation such as SATs and O&M manuals.
  • Ability to identify and report defects or risks.
  • Ensuring all activities are delivered safely and to a high standard.
