The Electrical Shop Supervisor will be responsible for estimating control panel and product wiring costs, generating electrical manufacturing cockpit charts, and managing the control panel assembly process. This role involves assigning necessary resources to meet project schedules, maintaining and updating the database of electrical product costs/history, and updating/maintaining equipment preventative maintenance procedures and records. The supervisor will also attend and input manufacturing strategy meetings, purchase electrical components, and manage and control union personnel, including hiring and layoffs. Additionally, they will establish and maintain electrical panel shop continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
