About The Position

The Electrical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electrical department and their employees. Duties include hiring and working with Supervisors to train electrical department employees, meeting production performance expectations, and manage the department budget. This position requires leadership responsibilities for the electrical department. Travel to all Robinson facilities may be required. Requirements

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license required
  • 7–10 years of electrical manufacturing management experience
  • Strong team building, leadership, and communication skills
  • Effective multitasking, time management, and independent work abilities
  • Solid judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all electrical departments across enclosure divisions at all Robinson facilities
  • Ensures a safe, compliant work environment by enforcing standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drives operational goals through strategic planning, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manages financial performance by forecasting, tracking KPIs, analyzing variances, and controlling costs
  • Partners with HR on hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee relations
  • Enhances operational systems for product flow, equipment use, inventory control, and shipping
  • Coaches team members and supports supervisors to improve performance and communication
  • Investigates and resolves issues related to operations, inventory, quality, and customer service
