Electrical Service Technician (Second Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

We're seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our growing team. This is a second-shift position with a regular schedule of 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of residential electrical service experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven diagnostic and repair abilities
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and applicable electrical codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with homeowners
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman Electrician license is a plus, but not required
- Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting systems, circuit breakers, panels, and related components
- Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems and equipment in accordance with national and local electrical codes
- Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners regarding electrical issues, repair recommendations, and available solutions
- Recommend electrical upgrades, panel replacements, surge protection, generators, lighting enhancements, and additional services when appropriate to improve safety, functionality, and overall system performance
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
- Track electrical repairs, installations, and completed work within ServiceTitan
- Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable safety regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and rapport with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)
