About The Position

At Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we’re looking for electrical technicians who can diagnose, explain, and execute with confidence. Requirements

1+ years of residential (preferred) or commercial electrical experience.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems with precision and pride.
Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable.
Document work in trade software, ServiceTitan.
Pursue certifications if needed.
Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
