Requirements

  • ServiceTitan Knowledge - Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is strongly preferred. From creating estimates and presenting options to processing invoices and capturing customer notes, efficiency and accuracy in ServiceTitan is a critical part of this role.
  • High-Level Electrical Technical Skills - This role requires a proven ability to perform quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate can confidently take on complex projects, ensure code compliance, and complete work to the highest professional standard.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset - Our Service Technicians are the face of the company. We’re looking for someone who not only delivers excellent technical work but also knows how to communicate solutions clearly, provide top-tier customer service, and build lasting trust with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs and installations with minimal call-backs.
  • Present options and recommendations that provide the best solutions for the customer.
  • Maintain strong communication with the office, team members, and clients.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and pride.
  • Support the growth of the department through both technical expertise and add-on sales.
  • Complete all project documentation, material lists, and system designs with precision to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
  • Deliver thorough and accurate turnovers for installation crews, ensuring all project details are clearly communicated and customers feel confident about next steps.
