We are seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components. This role involves performing residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades, including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and panel upgrades. The technician will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, troubleshooting electrical issues, and communicating effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Pre-employment background check

• Valid drivers license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Journeyman license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades including wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, panel upgrades, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and job specifications.
• Ensure all work meets applicable building codes (e.g., National Electrical Code) and local Oregon regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, test circuits/equipment, make repairs or replacements as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers on site – explain work being performed, answer questions, and maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Maintain tools, truck, jobsite cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
