Position Summary: The Electrical Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in service work.
  • 4+ years of Electrical installation experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.
  • Experience in new build construction

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
  • Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
  • Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
  • Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
  • Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
