About The Position

This role involves managing and procuring small, highly technical projects, directing the efficient installation of contractual obligations, and fostering growth with key customers. The manager will sell, estimate, and oversee safety and production in ongoing customer relationships on a turnkey basis. Collaboration with other department supervisors/managers is crucial to ensure customer and employee satisfaction and accurate manpower planning. Requirements

  • High school education, G.E.D., or other equivalent levels of education required
  • 2-4 years service experience or technical background in related field
  • Some exposure to construction required

Nice To Haves

  • Florida Electrical License preferred
  • 2 years field training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and procure small projects of a highly technical nature
  • Direct the efficient installation of contractual obligations
  • Recognize and grow with key customers
  • Sell, estimate, and manage safety & production in ongoing relationships on a turnkey basis
  • Work closely with other department supervisors/managers to assure customer and employee satisfaction and accurate manpower planning
  • Satisfy our customers to provide for repeat sales and favorable recommendations
  • Survey all customers quarterly and at least one time at completion on quickly completed projects
  • Achieve a minimum rating of 8.5 out of 10 points and respond to all comments for process improvement
  • Facilitate an annual employee survey in your area
  • Achieve 70% participation and a minimum score of 85%
  • Address all comments that are process improvement related
  • Achieve at minimum the budgeted net profit in the annual budget
  • Provide leads, estimates, give budgets, provide customer proposals, and build relationships with repeat customers
  • Achieve a minimum budgeted sales goal for the annual year
  • Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task
  • Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention
  • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company
  • Support goal of achieving zero accidents
  • Promote and encourage open communication between the field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed
