After training, you will know how to perform routine maintenance on electrical systems in residential homes, recommend products and services that enhance safety and add value, operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, and communicate professionally with clients, demonstrating integrity and respect, and identifying opportunities to improve their electrical systems.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Customer service oriented with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) once hired.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems in residential homes.
- Recommend products and services to enhance safety that adds value.
- Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their electrical systems.
