About The Position

This role involves the installation of electrical systems in new residential construction homes. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, laying out the house, boxing out the house, and pulling wire. The installer must maintain quality and safety standards, possess general knowledge of electrical equipment, and be able to troubleshoot and repair issues. Effective communication with builders and supervisors regarding installation progress is essential, as is educating personnel on newly installed equipment. The role also requires maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the company vehicle, along with performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• 1 year of electrical residential new construction installer experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR report.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute jobs.
• Frequently lift and move objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders per OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to wear company approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal or OSHA regulations.
• Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
