Reliability Lab Test Technician
About The Position
Onsemi is seeking an Electrical Reliability Test Technician to specialize in the execution and monitoring of electrical stress testing for semiconductor devices at our Allen, Texas Rel Lab operations. This role is critical for evaluating the durability and integrity of semiconductor components.
