We are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Field Specialist to join our team based in Calgary. The successful candidate will have a background in electric motor systems, motor diagnostics, and rotating equipment health analysis. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of our electrical reliability program. You will serve as a technical authority and mentor, working closely with field teams, technicians, engineering groups, and customers to diagnose electrical and rotating equipment issues. You will apply advanced tools and analytics to assess motor condition, interpret system behavior, and drive long-term reliability improvements. This role supports the development of organization wide reliability practices, standardizing procedures, creating documentation, and ensuring technical knowledge is consistently transferred across teams. You will collaborate with customers, operations, and project teams to ensure all reliability tasks are carried out safely and of the highest technical quality.
