A privately-owned & growing Electrical Contractor is continuing to expand, and has an opening for a Project Manager to lead project operations in the Maryland market! This organization continues to set itself apart with its dedication to quality, integrity & trust - both to its people and its customers.
Requirements
- Project management experience in the Electrical industry
- Experience in the DMV region
- Proficiency in financial management (profitability, billing, estimates, margins)
- Skilled in scheduling, labor management, personnel management, and logistics
- Experience with site visits, customer interaction, and ensuring safety/code compliance
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Fire, Security & Low-Voltage industry
Responsibilities
- Oversee Project & Personnel operations on Electrical projects throughout the DMV region
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Financial ownership, profitability, billing, estimates and margins
- Schedule, labor, personnel, logistics
- Site visits, customer interaction & safety/code compliance
