About The Position

Blackmon Power, LLC, a subsidiary of Blackmon Service, Inc., is a full-service Electrical and Testing Contractor serving the Carolinas, with a specialization in data centers and critical facilities. They offer a variety of electrical installation services, including equipment installations, conduit, wiring, de-commissioning, installation of backup power systems, and underfloor whips. The company is seeking a Project Manager for their Electrical Division to support their team and customers. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Requirements

• Technical aptitude with knowledge of electrical components and systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Minimum 5 years in the electrical construction industry
• Experience managing field teams
• Electrical estimating and construction management experience

Responsibilities

• Perform customer site visits to establish existing electrical infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to complete electrical estimates
• Generate customer proposals
• Manage projects including procurement, manpower scheduling and customer updates
• Represent the company at tradeshows and events
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers
• Help Generate MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and other critical environment requirements
• Some travel to neighboring states is required
