About The Position

The Electrical Project Manager leads multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida, managing project demands from planning through closeout. The role partners with senior leadership, field teams, the Estimating Department, vendors, subcontractors, General Contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project delivery and support field operations. The Project Manager is responsible for project financial health, documentation, and promoting a proactive safety culture. The position requires a willingness to work in the Palm City Office.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including 3 years in commercial electrical contracting.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
Willingness to learn, accept challenges, and excel.
Willingness to adapt to change and contribute new ideas.
Willingness to work in the Palm City Office.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or extensive on-the-job training in construction management.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

Support field operations to help ensure project success.

Maintain organized project documentation.
