About The Position

The Electrical Project Manager leads multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida, managing them from planning through closeout. The role partners with senior leadership, field teams, the Estimating Department, vendors, subcontractors, General Contractors, and other project stakeholders to coordinate work and achieve successful project outcomes. The position is based in the Palm City office and supports field operations while maintaining project financial health, documentation, and a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including 3 years in commercial electrical contracting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or extensive on-the-job training in construction management.
• Willingness to learn, take on challenges, and strive for excellence.
• Willingness to adapt to change and contribute new ideas.
• Willingness to work in the Palm City office.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders.
• Support field operations to help ensure project success.

• Maintain organized project documentation.
