The Electrical Project Manager will promote and enforce company safety policies while ensuring field teams remain compliant with project safety requirements. This role involves managing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Project Manager will coordinate installations, repairs, materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing project schedules, field operations, change orders, subcontractor proposals, procurement, and project closeout activities. The role requires maintaining compliance with company contracting processes and procedures while resolving project issues and fostering strong customer relationships, ultimately obtaining customer acceptance and final project sign-off. Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays, and maintaining flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed is also part of the role. The Electrical Project Manager will manage subcontractors and assigned project resources, including planning, assigning, and directing work. They will address complaints, resolve problems, and assist with interviewing, hiring, and termination activities as needed, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
