About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from planning through completion. The role manages project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including at least 2 years in project management.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC requirements, and construction practices.
Experience with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage electrical construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to support efficient project execution.
Estimate project costs, analyze budgets, and monitor financial performance.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Oversee material procurement and maintain subcontractor relationships.
Conduct job-site visits to monitor project progress, workmanship, and quality.
Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project closeouts.
Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
Provide project updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
