About The Position

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Construction for a full-time W2 role in Purcellville, VA. This position supports commercial electrical projects from early estimating and contract review through active field execution, production tracking, change management, and final closeout. The role works closely with field leadership and project stakeholders to keep budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, safety expectations, and quality standards moving in the right direction. A strong fit will be comfortable reviewing contract documents, coordinating with jobsite teams, monitoring productivity, and keeping project communication organized.

Requirements

• At least three years of commercial electrical project management experience.
• Working knowledge of project management software such as Procore or a similar platform.
• Ability to balance office coordination with field realities.
• Ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Ability to help projects move forward without losing sight of cost, quality, or safety.
