About The Position

Join our team as a Project Engineer, where you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering innovative engineering solutions. At ENTRUST Solutions Group, we’re proud to be an industry leader in engineering and consulting services—helping modernize, protect, and strengthen critical infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and seeing their designs come to life in real-world industrial environments. We’re seeking an Electrical Project Engineer with experience in low to medium voltage power systems, particularly within industrial or plant settings. You’ll lead detailed design efforts across complex projects, performing engineering calculations and power system studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination) while working closely with designers to produce high-quality drawing packages. Your background in industrial facilities will be key as you design around existing systems, site constraints, and operational needs. In addition to technical design, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including civil/structural, protection & controls, and automation—to deliver cohesive solutions. You’ll also engage with clients through site visits and project discussions, while having opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is designated as remote, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. We value collaboration and responsiveness, so we ask our remote team members to be available when in-office presence is needed—such as for client meetings, team events, or training sessions. This role may also require occasional travel for fieldwork or site visits depending on the project need.
