The Auburn plant, founded in 1968 as Tambrands, Inc. and acquired by P&G in 1997, has almost 600 full-time employees. The site operates with core values emphasizing safety, quality, confidence, and trust in people and systems. This role is for an Electrical Project Engineer to join the Site Engineering team, focusing on capital projects related to facilities, construction, utilities, and other total site initiatives. The current priority is delivering 2 new warehouses with supply chain 4.0 technologies to drive manufacturing and inventory excellence. The work schedule is on-site, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will strategically manage and drive top-notch execution of specific project activities within the warehouse construction scope, which may involve a portfolio of smaller projects (typically 3-5) or full ownership of a larger-scale project. Project budgets range from $500K to $10 million, reflecting a mix of self-owned and cross-functional, collaborative initiatives. This position aims to help increase the output of the plant and offers a high level of engagement, visibility, and ownership, leveraging previous project management and technical experience to deliver exceptional results.
