About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead technical efforts on a variety of engineering projects, working closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys both hands-on design work and growing into project leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical design experience and familiarity with industry standards
Proficiency with engineering and design software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex tasks and collaborate with diverse teams

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred

Responsibilities

Lead technical tasks and contribute to the successful delivery of electrical engineering projects
Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with Project Managers
Apply advanced engineering principles, standards, and software in project execution
Mentor junior engineers and technicians on technical assignments
Prepare and review engineering documents, including: Plans, specifications, and reports, Calculations and design analyses, Quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Participate in client, project, and public meetings (including occasional evenings)
Support cross-functional teamwork to achieve project goals
Assist with project planning, including scope, schedule, and budget development
Monitor and communicate changes in scope, schedule, and workload
Support quality control and ensure deliverables meet firm standards
